I am passionate about helping people adjust to new life transitions whether it be the adjustment to parenthood, school issues, coping with a medical diagnosis, facing infertility, or grief after the loss of a loved one. Perhaps you're feeling down or anxious—maybe you’re unsure about the future of a relationship or just feeling that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs, I’m here to offer support. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in our sessions we will collaborate on setting goals, and finding new paths through the problem.

 

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with adults, adolescents and children. I've worked in a diverse range of settings, from outpatient and inpatient hospitals to college campuses and community non-profits. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado in Boulder, and my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Smith College in Massachusetts. I participated in postgraduate training at the Ackerman Institute for the Family in family therapy. I completed the intensive grief training program through OUR HOUSE.  I'm also a volunteer with Postpartum Support International and certified in perinatal mental health.
